E-gold payment removed

To simplify VIP membership, we have removed the e-gold payment method.

You may wonder why this is simplification... The answer is simple: nobody, not a single person has used e-gold to pay for VIP membership in Queosia.

We do not want to confuse anyone by offering a choice that will not be used anyway. :)
